One Life welcomes feature articles from our readers. Articles should be between 800-1000 words. If
your article is selected for publication, you will be contacted for more information regarding yourself and

One Thought
One Thought displays one poem each issue submitted by a One Life Magazine reader. Your poem should
be able to fit within a 5W x 8L space. To submit your work, email us. Type "One Thought" in the email
subject line.
One Voice: Adult
Through One Voice, readers are allowed to share their personal experiences and battles. Submissions
should be no more than 500 words. You may also submit a photo of yourself. To submit your work,
email us. Type "One Voice: Adult" in the subject line.
One Voice: Youth
One Voice: Youth gives our young generation an outlet to share their experiences and thoughts.
Submissions should be no more than 500 words. You may also submit a photo of yourself. To submit
your work, email us. Type "One Voice: Youth" in the subject line.
Entertainment
Each issue, One Life Magazine, features 2-4 artists possessing talents that positively affect our
communities. Artists may be vocal, visual, or encompass any other art form. Submit a short bio/history,
contact information, and web address (if available). If you are selected, you will be contacted for more
information. To submit your work, email us. Type "Entertainment" in the subject line.
Editorial
One Life Magazine welcomes our readers to submit their responses to articles featured in our magazine.
All editorials may be edited for spacing reasons. To submit your editorial, email us. Type "editorial" in the
subject line.
Cover Artwork:
Each issue, One Life Magazine, features Afrocentric artwork on its cover. You may send your artwork
as an email attachment or direct us to the url where your artwork is located. To send your artwork as an
attachment, email us. Type 'Cover Artwork' in the subject line.
Music Review:
Each issue, One Life Magazine will review the work of 1-2 music groups. Our panel of judges
(composed of music producers and profound artists) will review submitted work and rate each group
according to its originality, lyrics, overall performance, and other criteria. Interested individuals will need
to send 4 copies each of their group's bio and cd. Materials should be sent our postal address listed
above.
